No cancellations under any circumstances.

Will I have guaranteed seating?

Yes, seating is guaranteed for each guest however, we do not guarantee any window seating. If you book a table of 8 or more guests, we do reserve a window table for you.

Bar Service

Our ships are fully AGCO licensed. All alcohol served on board must be purchased from us. We accept cash, debit and credit cards at the bars.
No outside beverages are allowed on board, not even water.

Are children allowed on the cruises?

On shared cruises ALL guests MUST be 19 years of age or older. We do NOT allow guests under the age of 19 under ANY circumstances. All guests MUST bring a valid Government ID, we check IDs upon boarding.

On private charters we do allow guests under 19 guests.

How long is the cruise?

For shared cruises we offer 30 minutes for boarding and a 3.5-hour cruise. Exact times will be shown on your reservation.

For private cruises Duration of the cruise and times are as selected by the client at time of booking.

Are we allowed to bring our own food/drinks on the cruise?

No. A menu is included in your ticket price.
Bar - No outside Beverages (not even water) is allowed from outside. We sell bottled water on board. Our fully stocked bar includes a selection of beer, liquor, wine, liqueurs, cognacs, coolers, pop, juice and water. We accept Cash, Credit Cards and Debit at our bars.

Is there parking nearby?

Paid parking is available right by the ship. You receive directions to the ship with your reservations.

Do we sail when it rains?

Yes we do. The main deck is enclosed. The upper deck offers a retractable roof.

Is there music on board?

Yes, Our DJ will be playing background music during dinner and dance music after dinner. Our DJs take requests!

Insurance

Our cruise ships are fully insured. Negligence and dangerous behaviour on behalf of the passengers is not included in the insurance coverage.
